I took my vehicle to this dealership to get a diagnostics. I paid $225. I will not be returning to this dealership. I was charged for the diagnostics. The point Inspection clarified that my brakes were looked at along with a long list of other items. On that list, the brakes were supposedly checked for wear/damage but not even 30 days later My brakes gave out on the freeway because Mazda failed to inform me of the brakes or service needed for my safety. I will not be returning to this Mazda dealership for service.
Brought my 2026 CX70 that I payed cash for to have my Driver's Sideview mirror fixed. It vibrates tremendously while driving on the highway. Not to mention I brought it in 3 times and unfortunately the problem was not rectified. I text Ruben with my concern and did not hear back from him with a resolution. Very dissatisfied!!!

Every time I come to get my car serviced here they always deliver and I leave satisfied.
I am really happy with the cx90 but one thing I did notice was a big dent on the roof of the vehicle that was missed and not repaired before I picked up the car. Did not remember to check on the time of pick up and noticed it about two weeks after when I washing my vehicle. I am hoping they make it right

We brought our Mazda 6 for the first time to this dealership. Great service and what’s better, very informative. Thanks to the inspection done to our car we found out about some issues that later on will be covered for our warranty. Ruben made everything possible and smooth. After going to two local dealers where I was told recall would take a full day, Claremont Mazda did the service and recall in about two hours service is amazing was less $ than other dealers! After trying local dealers to service my Mazda and resolve minor recall from factory with no luck I decided to try Claremont Mazda.
Yes I know its a bit of a drive we live in the Pasadena area. The drive was well worth it. It was my best experience ever buying a car. The test drive was pleasant. There was no pressure to buy, just offers to give information and incentives. The deal was made by phone and email. The day I went in to pick up the car couldn't be easier.
Sale went fine, everything after they had my money did not. I bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y here and took delivery on August 6, 2026. I want to be fair, so I will start with what went well. The price I negotiated was honored, and during the deal itself Amir responded to my emails in writing within minutes. The car is clean and I am happy with it.
What has not gone well is everything after they had my money.
My signed Due Bill lists four items owed to me. Two of them are still not done, eighteen days after delivery.

The servers person was very professional and answered all my questions about my vehicle recall. The service department needs a better system on washing vehicles for the customer after the service.

I had to call for updates and when I picked up my suv it was parked in area that was hard to get out. Car should have been brought out to the front for me instead of have me maneuver around new cars.

Loved my Mazda, but frustrated with the multiple issues my car has had since purchase. For a new car, I didn’t anticipate as many bugs to work through. Have to schedule another drop off for the same issues. Adrianna and Collin have been great, just frustrated with the issues. (Car wouldn’t start, had to be towed, waited for over two hours to be told it would need to stay overnight, telematics malfunctioning, sos beeping, window problems.
Anthony Garcia was very helpful throughout the process. He honored my request to make the purchase process as quick as possible without having to spend an entire afternoon sitting in their guest room. The only minor comment about my 2025 Mazda CX-30 CPO car is that the tire pressure on all four wheels was about 8-10 psi below the specifications as shown on the label affixed to the driver's side B pillar.
I had such a good experience purchasing a car from this dealership, specifically Colin helped me out the most. He was able to explain things so clearly and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I never felt pressured like I've felt at other dealerships and I always felt like I had options and they were willing to work with me till I found a vehicle that worked for me. Adriana and everyone in service department were very accommodating, and patiently answered all my numerous questions, and worked with me to find a service package that met my standards and expectations.
The service rep Adriana and Manager Roy were excellent in addressing my vehicles recurring hybrid system malfunction. Even though it took 3 weeks on this occasion to fix, I am thankful for them addressing the recurring issues with my vehicle hopefully for the last time.

They are all very nice, but Jake Trujillo was particularly pretty awesome. I was originally quoted $165 to change my passenger headlight bulb, but it only ended up being $135. I haven't checked on my car in a minute and she's old, so I knew there would be other things that needed work; I appreciated the specificity in what the problems were, how they would be solved, and the cost breakdown for it all. The dealer didn't give me enough time to read the contract. The email sent with the contract link has expire but I could not request to send it again because the email would give an error message.

My car was leaking a lot of oil and took it in. My car was under torque when I had an oil change done at this dealer. I had taken my car in for driver seat being broken and it was inspected less than a month from me noticing the leak. I was only offered to do an oil change and still pay out of pocket for their mistake. I did not agree and will not come back to this location.
Ruben in the service department was great to work with, set up a loaner vehicle for me while work was being done and explained anything I had questions about.
