I’ll start off by saying it was my first time at this dealership I usually take my car to Fontana of Mazda to get serviced but since Claremont is closer to where I live I thought I’d give this location a try. The issue with my car was the catalytic converter and it took almost 2 weeks for them to have my car ready. I specifically asked for a Mazda 3 hatchback FWD in red, which they had for me. Everybody in Clairmont Mazda made the process easy, and the dealer, Giovani, was easy to talk to. He helped set up Blue Tooth and the Mazda app.

I was pleased with the waiting room. There were snacks and it was clean. I appreciate the video on my car. The only thing that could be better was, when leaving, my car was parked very closely to others cars, making it very difficult to get out.

Just super!!! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Came out with an oil change and tire rotation. No high pressure upsell. The best part is that George, head of the service department, takes video of the entire inspection and shows you what’s good and bad. My car is almost 12 years old and they said it’s in great shape! Never heard that from a mechanic before. Now that they’ve earned my trust I’m going back for a new air filter and full fluid flush just to keep my old girl in tip top shape. ...

Adrian addressed my car issues in a very professional manner and displayed exceptional customer service. I cannot say the same for how my car was left after the rear struts were replaced. I was hearing a clacking noise coming in from the left rear strut the next day . I decided to take it back to Mazda service the following day and informed Adrian of the problem. Mazda claimed that the Oil and filter in the used car I bought were changed but they were not. The oil was black and only half the capacity. They also claimed that the car where cleaned and detailed but there were sand underneath the seat and around the console and they have all this in writing. They also said that the car was inspected by a professional mechanic but who knows if that was true?
