My husband and I had a top-notch experience here, and we couldn't recommend this dealership more. We had a beloved Nissan Cube for over 15 years that finally needed to be replaced, and neither of us had ever purchased a vehicle through a dealership before. We shopped at more than a dozen dealerships in the area, representing several different car brands, and were often met with unenthusiastic or unfriendly salespeople who clearly didn't seem interested in earning our business. That was not the case here. Diego was our salesperson, and he was fantastic. He let us test drive several different versions of the Mazda CX-30, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into making a purchase. Instead, he made it clear that he genuinely wanted to earn our business. After comparing our options and crunching the numbers, we came back a few days later to make the purchase. The entire process took less than four hours from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and welcoming. We were congratulated on our purchase and made to feel valued throughout the entire experience. Colin took the time to walk us through all the features of our new vehicle. Since my husband and I aren't very familiar with newer, high-tech cars, we really appreciated his patience and thorough explanations. We drove off the lot in our new car excited to make many new memories with it. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for their next vehicle, and I definitely recommend asking for Diego. That said, the entire staff was excellent. Jake and the technicians were super helpful and helped get our car radiator replaced within the same week. We had a trip out of state trip planned for months and we found out during our oil change service that our radiator was leaking. Jake told us usually takes a week but he and the technicians got our car out and done right on Friday we were due to leave. Again? Great customer service! Thank you!

I came here to get my car checked out since I noticed some issues while driving it. From the moment I came in, Adriana from the service department was very attentive and answered all of my questions. She showed genuine interest in getting to the bottom of the issues and in making me feel welcome and comfortable. I was able to get a clear understanding of where the issue lied, from its origin to its current status, and what the appropriate course of action would be. Adriana in the service department is consistently professional and persistent in ensuring I understand the service being competed and that I am 100% satisfied. Alejandro is a mechanic who came out of the service bay to better understand an issue I had with the interior of my vehicle. He also ensured the issue was addressed and that I was 100% satisfied. In the 30 plus years I have been a car owner, I have never had such amazing customer service. Very clean and organized appearance to begin with and then you get treated in a very friendly manner. It made my wife and I feel welcomed and very much at ease. Staff is very, very friendly and knowledgeable.
