Very Disappointing Customer Service at Mazda of Claremont I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mazda of Claremont. A few months ago, I had a problem with the dealership and left a negative review based on my experience. Recently, I scheduled a service appointment for my car, but the Manager Mr ROY WELLS canceled my appointment and told me it was because I refused to remove my previous negative review. I believe customers have the right to share honest feedback about their experiences. Instead of addressing my concerns and working to resolve the issue, I was left feeling that my service appointment was being denied because I chose to express my dissatisfaction publicly. A customer review should not be a condition for receiving service. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Mazda of Claremont, and I hope management takes this matter seriously and treats customers fairly, regardless of whether their reviews are positive or negative. Based on my experience, I would encourage other customers to be aware of how this situation was handled. I expected professional service and a fair resolution, not the cancellation of my appointment over a review.

Totally impressed by the service department professional presentation. Service rep was polite. Just a minor problem in that my name was mis-spelled on the service order as was my residential address incorrectly entered.
