Mazda of Claremont goes out of their way to serve their customers. Especially Jake, who was extremely helpful and made things work out smoothly on a busy day.

This is my 4th complimentary service that i purchase from Mazda claremont. Mr Roy(Manager) hands down is the best and very accommodating and i feel comfortable doing business with him, but the service itself is horrible. I’m not sure how you guys check the technician whether the service was done or not, and/or if they did it the right way. I’m nit here to complain but my first visit, they only rotate the right side of my wheel despite sending me a video, and the same thing on my recent service, it says on the paper that they adjust the tire pressure on 36psi, and when i check they are all uneven, they also wash my car but there are soap spot on my seat, window and door. Hopefully this review will help so you can take action for better service experience. God bless

What we loved the most about Colin is that he focused on what we wanted and he was not pushy wich made our purchase transition very pleasant!
