I recently had the best car-buying experience in my life here. I was considering a particular Mazda as well as 2 other manufacturers. When I came to Mazda of Claremont to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in, Geovany was very helpful: He was polite and not pushy at all, knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features/specs (and when he did not know, he immediately looked it up for me), and patient with me during my test drive when I wanted to see what it felt like doing a U-turn, parallel parking, and backing up into a parking space in that particular vehicle. When I returned the following day to crunch numbers, Richard was also very helpful and patient with me when he printed out several different alternatives for me to consider (ex., multiple different finance options, lease options, etc.). I had met Richard the day prior, and knew he was a “manager,” but I did not realize he was THE general manager! I realized that after the fact, and really appreciated how, as the general manager, he did not put himself ‘above the fray’ and was willing to engage in direct-customer relations. [I have a friend who recently asked to speak to the GM of a Jeep dealer further east, and was told, “The GM doesn’t speak to customers.” Hence why this interaction with Richard was all the more notable.] In addition to being patient, he was not pushy, either. When I stated that I did not want an add-on, my request was granted without any push-back, letting me know that they value me as a customer, as opposed to a payday. When I returned two days later to purchase the vehicle, Arash was my finance guy. The process was surprisingly quick and easy. Once again, when I declined optional purchases, my request was respected and I was not guilt-tripped or pressured into buying something that I did not want. Lastly, the car was presented to me in immaculate condition, and Geovany also spent plenty of time showing me all the special features on the car and helped get me connected to the MyMazda app. Everyone that worked with me was a pleasure, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to others, especially also because this dealer offers a limited lifetime powertrain warranty, which was very important to me given all the troubles that I had with my previous Toyota.

It was my best experience ever buying a car. The test drive was pleasant. There was no pressure to buy, just offers to give information and incentives. The deal was made by phone and email. The day I went in to pick up the car couldn't be easier.

The car is running very well now. We purchased this vehicle from my son. I always felt that the transmission was a bit sketchy, and I had a mechanic drive it, but he couldn't tell if there was any problem with it. It wouldn't start one day, so I had it towed to Claremont Mazda for service. It turns out that there were numerous issues with the vehicle, including a transmission sensor. After a week in the shop and some $7,000 later the car is running like it was meant to run. We're happy with the car and the service we received from Claremont Mazda. The prices are high, but the service was done well. Kudos to the mechanic who was finally able to diagnose all the issues.

Sale went fine, everything after they had my money did not. I bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y here and took delivery on August 6, 2026. I want to be fair, so I will start with what went well. The price I negotiated was honored, and during the deal itself Amir responded to my emails in writing within minutes. The car is clean and I am happy with it. What has not gone well is everything after they had my money. My signed Due Bill lists four items owed to me. Two of them are still not done, eighteen days after delivery. The tow hitch, which I paid $700 for, has never been ordered. No appointment, no timeline, and no confirmation the part was ever requested. The wheel alignment is also listed on the Due Bill. On delivery day the service department told me it was completed and I waited about 90 minutes for it. The car pulls consistently to the left. Either it was not performed or it was not performed correctly. On August 20 I emailed three managers a detailed written request and asked for a reply by August 24. That deadline passed with no response from anyone. During that same stretch of silence I received three automated emails from this dealership asking me to leave a review. The review automation is working. The follow-through on a part I paid for is not. I am still hoping to resolve this directly, and I will update this review if they make it right.

The servers person was very professional and answered all my questions about my vehicle recall. The service department needs a better system on washing vehicles for the customer after the service.
